TRE Trauma Release Exercises – Learning the basics

Learn the basics of TRE Trauma Release Exercises. The workshops will run on Friday evenings once a month and will cover all the basics required to develop a safe and successful TRE self practice.
Groups will be deliberately small and are open to all. TRE Trauma Release Exercises can be used or adapted to suit any body shape or age.
Children over the age of 12 are also welcome and TRE is entirely suitable for the elderly. I have worked with clients in their 70’s and 80’s. We can adapt any of the exercises to suit all bodies or any old injuries.
However it is advised that pregnant women who haven’t already practiced TRE refrain from shaking. It is, in my view, perfect however for postnatal repair and a great way to bring your body back into harmony again after giving birth. As our hips and pelvis have been through so much we can find great release in the postnatal period if we use TRE. Come and try! If you have any questions about this please get in touch.
All mats, blankets & water are provided. Please wear loose fitting clothes, and it is okay to eat a light meal before shaking.
There is an option to pay for 4 sessions for £70 or a drop in fee of £20 per session for experienced shakers.
